Generates the same exact image for every single tile. This is most useful when used with either the Fallback or Blend providers.
The image’s extension decides what kind of tile it is. Images ending in .mvt or .pbf are served as Mapbox Vector Tiles and images ending in .mlt as MapLibre Tiles, which also sets the layer’s datatype. Anything else is served as a PNG.
